SpaceX CRS Falcon 9 Launch Oct 7th 2012

The Spacex Falcon 9 had a successful lift off but as you can see during the launch video, something seems to have fallen off of the craft. First you see a brightness coming from one of the engines and then was appears to be debris blowing back. According to authorities, the engine was immediately shut down and the computer compensated for the engine failure by increasing the boost time an additional 30 seconds. The Falcon 9 will be rendevouzing with the International  Space Station this Wednesday.
